Lake Sara

Post Spawn Bass on Lake Sara to finicky for the crew from Illinois Bass Anglers to figure out.  High pressure and Blue Bird Sky’s force the fish deep and unaccommodating.   The team of  Kevin Seme and Kurt Schumacker were able to put the net on four keepers weighing 7.29 pounds and grab First Place honors.   Kevin and Kurt are sponsored by Gander Mountain in Joliet and Johnson Boat and Motor in Morris.  Motor problems couldn’t keep the team of Mark Fosterud and Kliff Shinn from getting their four keepers to the scales.  The 7.02 pound effort was enough to snag Second place.  Mark and Kliff are sponsored by Stabila in Elgin and Scremin' Eagle Cartige in Bensenville.  Third place went to the team of Bob Bobich and Dan Borkowski.  Bob and Dan brought two keepers including the 2.97lb Big Bass of the day to the scales for a total of 6.49lbs.  Bob abd Dan are sponsored by Anthony Acres Resort in Effingham and Strictly Fishing in Plainfield.
