The Illinois Bass Anglers, located in Plainfield Illinois is a B.A.S.S affiliated fishing club.  Our Annual scheduled of events include club fishing tournaments which provide friendly competition among members, community activities concentrating on environmental improvements, sponsorship of Kids Fishing Day competition, and involvement with the Make-A-Wish foundation.  As part of the B.A.S.S. Illinois Federation Nation of clubs, we also send a 6-man team to compete in the federation tournament trial, giving those members the opportunity to go to the Bassmaster Classic tournament to fish with the pros.

Members in the Illinois Bass Anglers range in experience from novice to expert, providing fun and enjoyment as well as improving skills.  You don't even need to own a boat to belong, we have boaters and non-boaters as members.  Take a look around the pages here and see if we fit your needs for fishing fun.  Happy Fishing!!
